Abstract
The inhibition activity of the extract from Botrytis cinerea to six plant pathogens was determined by growth rate method and inhibition zone method.The result showed that the extract of Botrytis cinerea demonstrated significant inhibition to the growth of Pyricularia oryzae,Alternaria alternata,Alternaria solani and Venturia nashicola.The lowest concentration for whole inhibition to the growth of the four mycelia was 2,2,4,8mg/mL,respectively.The EC_(50) value for P.oryzae,A.alternata,A.solani and V.nashicola was 0.1039,0.3816,0.8418,1.4950mg/mL,respectively.The extract also showed significant inhibition to the growth of Pseudomonas syuringae pv.tabaco and Erwinia carotovora,when its concentration was 2mg/mL,the diameter of the inhibition zone was all 2.8cm.
