Abstract
Brodifacoum bait was adopted to poison the farm and home rodent, the results showed that the average (control) rate were 83.83% and 87.86% separately, the bait had good edibility and the eat rate were 55.48% and 69.42%, and the bait was safe to the human and animals. It was a perfect and safe poison for controlling the rodent and can be used in large areas in Guizhou.
