Abstract
The protection of ethnic cultural heritages and inheritance of ethnic spirit are closely related to survival of Chinese nation.With an early start,Yunnan has got much good experience in this field,of which legislation and establishment of the Protection Zone of Ethnic Traditional Culture in Yunnan Province is a successful example.
