Abstract

This thesis analyzes the accelerating and variation tendency of economic globalization, trend and characteristics of industry and technology transfer in the world. It also refers to the opportunity and challenge facing Chongqing and then puts forward the general tackling plan and countermeasures of Chongqing on this basis.
