Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of early enteral nutrition with live combined bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and enterococcus capsules on inflammatory factors and intestinal mucosal barrier function in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods:A total of 118 cases of severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(59cases)patients were treated with early enteral nutrition therapy, while the observation group(59cases)were treated with early enteral nutrition with live combined bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and enterococcus capsules. The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the changes of the levels of inflammatory factors and the function of intestinal mucosal barrier were compared. Results:The time of abdominal pain disappearance, the abdominal distension disappeared, and the recovery time of the exhaust function of the observation group were significantly decreased compared with the control group(P0.05).IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αand CRP of observation group were significantly lower compared with those before treatment(P0.05)and was significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.05).After treatment,D-lactate,DAO,endotoxin and exami of observation group were decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P0.05)and was significantly lower than that of the control group(P 0.05).Conclusions:Eearly enteral nutrition with live combined bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and enterococcus capsules has influence on inflammatory factors and intestinal mucosal barrier function in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. It can rapidly improve the symptoms of patients, reduce inflammation, promote the recovery of intestinal mucosal barrier function, and it is worth clinical application.
