Abstract

According to the theory of city Central Business District,and city Sub_Central Business District,the author analyses the site factors of Xiaozhai District,which is the center of Xi'an Southern suburban,compares the advantage with the disadvantage of Sub_Central Business District orientation,combines theory with practice of Xiaozhai District and Xi'an City,suggest that Xiaozhai District should be constructed to a culture_business oriented city Sub_Central Business District.This formulation will provide scientific proof for the development of cultural industry economy of Xi'an.
