Abstract

Test standards for fire-proof and flame-retardant wires or cables at home and abroad and requirements for flame-retardant of communication cable specified in Code for Engineering Design of Generic Cabling System(GB 50311-2007)and Code for Design of Electronic Information System Room(GB 50174-2008)are introduced. Besides,it is indicated that not only flame retardantbut also the flame-retardant rating of cable should be marked during electrical design.
