Abstract
The degradation mechanism of refractory organic pollutions in industrial wastewater by common Fenton,photo-Fenton and electro-Fenton are analyzed in detail. The research progress of the application of Fenton oxidation technologies to the treatment of refractory organic wastewater from phenols, coking, dyeing and pesticide industries are reviewed. It is pointed out that the Photo-Fenton,electro-Fenton and combined treatment of Fenton oxidation process with other processes are the research trends of Fenton oxidation system in the future.
