SWOT Analysis of Sports Leisure Industry in Ningbo City

Abstract

Sports leisure industry is an ancient yet young industry.Located in the southeastern part of China,Ningbo boasts of many advantages to develop sports leisure industry.These advantages are: the enrichment of ground resources,natural resources,regional advantages and the support from the government.The healthy development of sports leisure industry of Ningbo will strongly influence the improvement of life quality of local people and the optimization of industry mix of Ningbo.Making use of SWOT,the article makes an analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities as well as challenges to develop leisure industry in Ningbo.At the same time,the author of the thesis puts forwards some advisable strategies.
