Abstract

In the development of today's Chinese philosophy, how to realize its modernization with the scientific spirit and humanism spirit harmoniously together should be put more attention to. Through mixture with Western culture, Chinese philosophy should evolve with researches mainly on value orientation, thinking style and management philosophy and form its “comprehensive innovation” mainstream.
