Exploration on the Evaluation Indicator System of the Creative Economy Competitiveness

The research of the creative economy is one of the hot topics in the knowledge economy times.The proposition of the creative index had the positive influence on the comparative study of the global creative economy competitiveness,but lacked the universal applicability.For that reason,this paper,taking the concept definition of the creative economy competitiveness as the breakthrough point,makes a thorough analysis on the construction of the evaluation system of the creative economy competitiveness,including the principle,steps,framework,content,model and so on.An evaluation system of the creative economy competitiveness initially formed contains four criterion layers,which are the creative foundation competitiveness,the creative environmental competitiveness,the creative industry competitiveness and the creative sustained competitiveness.This system can be used for the comprehensive evaluation and comparative analysis to the countries and regions' creative economy competitiveness.At the same time it puts forward several problems which should be paid more attention to when the system is used.
