Abstract

The production of cellulase by solid state fermentation with Trichoderma Viridewas discussed. The CMC activity is 333.3 mg/(g.min). Experiment on enzymatic hydrolysis ofcorn stalk indicates that saccharine rate is upto 30% and ratio of cellulase to sugar is 1∶7.6.
