Analysis on Traffic Safety to Speed Limit

Abstract
By analyzing the influence of speed limit on speed and the influence of speed on safety,the effect of speed limit on safety was mainly due to that the speed limit influence the driver's speed choice was concluded,and sequential model on speed limit and traffic safety was set up.First,based on the speed limit information,geometric design,and road use,etc.,the speed choice model was established by the method of mathematical statistics,and then according to the speed conditions determined by the speed choice model,combined with the geometric design of roads,speed limits and road use variables,transportation accident prediction models was founded.
