Abstract
Isolation of high-yield strains for laccase production and optimization of the submerged fermentation medium and culture conditions.Screening strains were by medium flats and optimizing the composition of the medium was by measuring the laccase activity.a high yield fungus for laccase production was screened and named as J-1.The liquid fermentation medium and culture conditions for strain J-1 were optimized.The results were bran 4%,peptone 1.5%,CuSO4 1.0 mmol/L,hydroxy acid 10 mmol/L,magnesium chloride 10 mmol/L,250 mL flask with 40 mL medium,culture initial pH 5.0,inoculum 6%,culture temperature 30℃,speed 200 r/min and the culture time 9 d.
