Abstract
Community theory researchers and practitioners have different understanding on concept of community in practice of urban construction.Due to different types,new era and boom of construction development and theoretic orientation of various cities,urban construction shows characteristics of diversification on construction subjects,construction content,construction model.Diverse urban construction is in line with requirements of local conditions,yet underemphasized in theory.Hence,the diversification of urban construction needs to be examined in perspective of social construction so as to form pattern of the Co-existence of Diversification,the Harmony without Being Identical and make urban construction more dynamic.
