Abstract

There are two striking contrast views on whether a enterprise legal person can be a partners of cooperated enterprise.In fact,being a partner is legal person's self right and need of self-management as well as motivation of cooperated enterprise.And there is theoretical foundation.Given development of partnership in the world,to endow legal person with right to choose and decide to form a partnership is reasonable and valuable.
