Research on Discipline Construction Strategy in Newly- Built Local Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

In newly- built local undergraduate colleges and universities,due to the limitations and differences in their own development history,there exist such problems asthe discipline construction consciousness is not strong; the discipline system of scientific research direction is not clear; there is a lack of academic leaders,the discipline and subject construction environment is relatively poor. Therefore,we should build the platform for developing academic discipline,concise the direction of academic disciplines,cultivate the discipline team,form academic achievements,improve personnel training system,and other aspects for discipline construction.
