Abstract

A series of trials was conducted to compare the nutrients in calipesh,muscle,liver of turtle under the growth condition of imitated nature(culture) and greenhouse(culture)(weight:562~606).The results indicated that the content of moisture in imitated nature turtle was higher that in greenhouse.The content of protein and fat is different in different tissues.In turtle liver,the content of protein of imitated nature turtle was significantly higher than in greenhouse turtle(P0.01),and the content of fat was significantly lower in the former than in the latter(P0.05).In turtle muscle,the 9 essential amino acids in imitated nature turtle was higher than in greenhouse turtle.Compare with different tissues,fat in liver was highest in three different tissues,and fat in calipesh was lowest.The content of protein in calipesh was highest in three different tissves,protein in liver was lowest.In all,the nutrients in imitated nature turtle is higher than in greenhoues turtle.
