Comprehensive Evaluation and Development Strategies of Agro-recycling Economy of City Field in Hebei Province in the New Century

The existing problems are analyzed in agricultural circular economic construction in Hebei Province from the angle of agricultural resources,investing in agricultural science and technology,agricultural ecology environment,countryside social security,agricultural production conditions.Based on economic development,environment support,resources bearing,et al,the evaluation index system of agricultural circular economic construction is established.With the gray correlation degree,comprehensive evaluation of agricultural circular economy development has made in Hebei Province in the beginning 10 years of this century.The results show that agricultural circular economy of Hebei Province in the beginning 10 years of this century has experienced in turn the stages of the less,the medium and the better.The level of agricultural circular economic construction has continued enhancing.The influence degrees of obstacles on agricultural circular economy are in turn economic development,social security,technology improvement,resources bearing,environments support in 2010 of Hebei Province.The level of agricultural circular economic construction in Tangshan City is the highest,and that of in Zhangjiakou City is the lowest.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the optimal regulation countermeasures of agricultural circular economic construction are proposed.
