Study on Discipline System of Packaging Engineering Specialty

In this paper,the current situation and development trend of China packaging industry were summarized,and the development of higher education was reviewed in packaging engineering specialty.According to the weak major discipline foundation and the unclear main subject,the actuality was detailedly analysed.Based on the development of the packaging science technology and the requirements of the professional trainning talents in packaging engineering specialty,main subject and scientific connotation of packaging engineering were defined,the knowledge system of packaging engineering was put forward,the structural relationship among knowledge,ability and quality was constructed,and the base foundation of personnel trainning system and its scheme were established.
