Impact of Foreign Banks on Chinese Banks and the Selection of Strategy during Post-WTO Period

After China entered into WTO,the opening level of finance up to the outside world has been increasing,and foreign banks enter Chinese financial systems quickly.The entering of foreign banks will improve the efficiency of Chinese banks,but at the same time they will bring challenges to Chinese banks unavoidably.This paper analyzes the challenges from the client resources,banking businesses,service methods and human resources,and makes some suggestions for the development of Chinese banks,such as developing financial systems,improving self-strength and so on.
