Abstract

This paper states the backgrounds of village planning in Sichuan and analyzes the special requirements of post-earthquake reconstruction for village planning. With the Fourth Group of Penghua Village as an example, it summarizes some planning methods including respecting local characteristics, public participation, scientific guidance and step-by-step work.
