Abstract

Coatings, made of Hgans Co-based alloy powder (HMSP 2537), deposit ed by laser cladding with synchronous feeder on Ni-based super alloy are introduced. Coatings have been examined to reveal their microstructure , phase composition, microhardness and arm space using microscope, SEM, XRD and micro-hardness tester. The results showed that there existed different crystal lization morphologies resulting in asymmetry properties in different regions of the clad. Increasing of laser power resulted in bigger arm space (? 1 and ? 2) and lower microhardness of the coatings.
