Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of condyloma acuminatum by IFN injection combined with external wash of Chinese medicine. Methods Total 96 patients were divided into two groups randomly, treatment group(60 cases)treated by IFN injection combined with external wash of Chinese medicine, and another group(36 cases)treated by IFN injcetion only. Results The two curative rate(82.1% vs 56.2%)and total effective rate(96.4% vs 72.0%)between two groups showed significant difference(P0.05),the recurrence rate(7.2%)of treatment group was remarkably lower than that(35.8%)of control group(P0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of condyloma acuminatum by IFN injcetion combined with external wash of Chinese medicine was better than that treated by IFN injcetion.
