Abstract
The toxicity of nine pesticides to adult of Monolepta hieroglyphica were determined in room by leaf-dip method.The results showed that fipronil,thiamethoxam,endosulfan,acetamiprid,imidacloprid and NPV had higher activities,their LC50 were 0.359 3,1.989 6,3.368 1,7.401 2,8.906 mg/L and 1.31×108 PIB/L,respectively.The results of field trial showed that 5% fipronil SC 112.5 g/ha,25% thiamethoxam WG 225.0 g/ha and NPV 450.0 g/ha had better control effects,and 5% fipronil SC,25% thiamethoxam WG had longer persistence against the insect,their controlling efficiency exceeded 90% after 7 days.
