The social source of warlord politics

Since modern age,Chinese social structure especially political structure has undergone a huge change,the central authorities become weak gradually,the warlord starts ascending the historical stage.The constitutional government becomes the historical trend,which made China sink into the predicament of the democracy.In conversion of the modern political authorities,there have been public finance crisis,permeating crisis,legalizing crisis and participating crisis and developing crisis.The five kinds of crisis didn′t get reasonable solution,so it became the basic reason that the modern warlord politics grows.
