Abstract
In order to realize the circulation of the right to land contractual management according to law, on a conditional and voluntary basis and with standards and order, as well as to really protect legal rights of both parties in the circulation, it is very important to classify the circulation of the right to land contractual management, which is valuable in theory and significant in practice. Besides the classification by the circulation form, there are 11 kinds of classification of the circulation of the right to land contractual management according to different criteria. Among them three kinds are of great value to both theory and practice. They are classification by the circulation form, contracting form, and the criterion whether the assigning party should lose or retain the real right.
