Abstract
Objective To evalute the clinical value of percutaneous alcohol sclerotherapy for oophoritic cysts guided by CT.Methods 61 oophoritic cysts including 41 simple and 20 chocolate cysts of 56 patients were treated with percutaneous needle puncture sclerotherapy under CT guidance.Results The treatment of transabdominal alcohol sclerotherapy for cysts guided by CT was effctive,the successful rate of percutaneous oophoitic cyst puncture was 100% in 56 patients,the cure effective rate reached 96.2% without serious complication.Conclusion The methed above is simple,complete,safe and effective.
