Abstract

A 51-year-old female patient presented with a 2-year history of nodules,ulcer,and neoplasm. Histopathologic examination showed epidermal ulceration and diffuse distribution of the large nuclear,heterotypic melanocytes in dermal,pigment particles being visible in the tumor cells and stroma. Immunohistochemistry showed positive staining for S-100,HMB-45,CK,and negative for Vim. The final diagnosis was malignant melanoma.
