Abstract

The measure of the fuzzy complex-Choquet integral is determined by the experience of experts or scholars with short-answer and quick and subjective-human factors. On the basis of previous work, the particle swarm optimization method is introduced to determine the measure. This provides a method for determining the complex Choquet integral.
