Professional and Practical Tendency of Sports Teaching Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges

This article has a research and discussion on professional and practical of sports education in vocational colleges with the methods of literature,empirical and logical analysis.Results show that contemporary sports teaching in higher vocational colleges mostly follows sports course teaching mode of ordinary institutions of higher learning,which does not manifest professional characteristics and the practical characteristics of vocational colleges.The reasons are that higher vocational colleges in our country were established late,being short of facilities,lack of teachers and colleges' emphasis is not enough,etc.Strengthening construction of venue facilities and the teaching staff,extending the teaching time,taking sports teaching methods reflecting characteristics of professional and practical of the higher vocational colleges can improve the students' interest in learning,improve student physique and perfect sports teaching system.
