Research on Main Functional Areas Water Resources Development and Utilization of Yunnan Province

There were many rivers and lakes in Yunnan,which was rich in precipitation.The water resources was the third in our country.By socio-economic development,the contradiction between the water distribution and utilization was increasingly prominent,which the government and the people attached great importance.The authors analyzed every main body function area water resource developing,using and managing,and it was the affect factors from the natural conditions and social factors,then submited the suggestion for every main functional area.
