Legislative Study of the Private Financial Services Institutions in China

The booming of private financial services institutions,it is bound to promote the generation of the private financial services organization and as an institutional arrangement to get the attention of the legislative department.However,from a practical point of view,the development status of the private financial services institutions in China is not optimistic,and related systems has yet to be established,which seriously affected its development and play an active role of private financial markets.This paper describes the system design of Japan,the UK,the U.S.private financial service institutions,summary of foreign advanced mode of inspiration and design of the system status and defect analysis of private financial services institutions,and on this basis,proposed a private financial services institutions in China should be mode.
