Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to obtain the stalk pretreatment method with better effect of biogas production.[Method] Though single factor analysis of alkali pretreatment,the effects of NaOH concentration,water bath time and water bath temperature in the alkali pretreatment on the biogas production of rice stalk in the anaerobic fermentation were investigated.[Result] When NaOH concentration was 6%,the biogas production effect of stalk in the anaerobic fermentation was better and its biogas production increased 110% than untreated stalk(control group).When the water bath time was 3 h,the biogas production effect of stalk in the anaerobic fermentation was better and its biogas production increased 107.9% than control group.When the water bath temperature was 100 ℃,the biogas production effect of stalk in the anaerobic fermentation was better and its biogas production increased 115.8% than control group.[Conclusion] Alkali pretreatment has obvious promotion effects on the biogas production of stalk in the anaerobic fermentation.
