Abstract
Objective Comparative observation of minimally invasive percutaneous renal lithotripsy and transurethral ureteroscopic stone treatment of ureteral stones in the previous paragraph methods and clinical efficacy. Methods 84 cases of upper ureteral calculi in patients for the study, the digital method randomly were divided into two groups, the observation group,44 cases of percutaneous renal lithotripsy treatment, control group of 40 patients with urethral ureteroscope lithotripsy treatment General compared two groups of patients, the treatment method, the success rate and the stone clearance rate. Results The observed composition power 100% stone clearance rate 95.5% ;the control composition power 67.5% stone clearance rate 60.0% subsequently vitro impact crushed stone therapy, stone clearance rate 80.0% difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The high success rate of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy for upper ureteral calculi, stone clearance rate, fewer complications, lower cost, the method is simple, worthy of clinical application.
