Abstract
The theory and key technology of roll 3D parametric modeling system are discussed in this paper. This system uses VB6.0 for second development of SolidWorks. By means of feature-based parametric plotting, the 3D parametric modeling system for the welded pipe roll is implemented. The roll pore design and parametric plotting of the roll 3D modeling parts are finished through the study about this system.
