A Comparative Analysis on Bilateral Trade Development and Trade Interdependence between China and P.R.Mongolia

Based on literatures and statistic data,this paper explores bilateral trade development and trade interdependence between China and P.R.Mongolia in positive method.P.R.Mongolia keeps high trade dependence both in plan economy period and economic transition period,and China has attached high trade dependence since 1978 but kept a low position in plan economy period.There are a lot of imbalance and fluctuation risks of bilateral trade between China and P.R.Mongolia while bilateral trade growths quickly,and some bilateral and multilateral agreements should be useful ways to control bilateral trade risks and frictions.
