Abstract

The oritation of government and private sector in the landlord port model is in line with the economic theories.The model of landlord port helps to intergrate the advanteges of both parties and has become the main stream of port privatization in the world.The model of landlord port could be widely used in China's port industry,and several measures such as the control of land resource should be carried out.
