Abstract
Using the bibliometric statistical methods,this paper selects 4052 academic papers published by Information Science from 2000 to 2009 as the research target,makes a statistic analysis of its thesis,citations,core authors,core scholarly research institutions,journal citation,referenced journals,support from foundations and other areas of periodical index.Pointing out certain characteristics and developing regulations of Information Science in recent ten years,hope will provide the reference data for its next positive development.
