The Rule-of-law Approach in the Innovation of Social Administration

It is both an important and urgent contemporary issue in the process of China's modernization to strengthen and innovate the public administration.To guarantee the continuous and effective promotion of social management,we should take innovating measures under the socialist rule-of-law framework,which should be closely connected with the construction of a socialist rule-of-law society,guided by the notion of rule of law,supported by legal regulations and legal procedures.To this end,there is an urgent need to establish and improve social management legal system,strengthen the construction of a rule-of-law government,and improve the mechanism for public participation,for expression of interests and rights protection,and for social conflicts and disputes settlement.
