Abstract
The development of economic globalization makes the traditional idea of national sovereignty change. The attribute of sovereignty is thought to change from absolute exclusiveness to relative exclusiveness, the intention of sovereignty from paying attention to politics to politics, economy and culture. The way of the exercise of sovereignty has changed too. The duality of economic globalization has made different influences to different state sovereignty. The struggle of the developing country to defend state sovereignty is becoming more difficult.
