Abstract
This paper studied the efficiency of constructed wetlands to nitrogen and phosphorus removal as well as temperature and substrate on the constructed wetlands nitrogen and phosphorus removal by constructed an integrated constructed wetland which was composed of subsurface flow constructed wetland and surface flow constructed wetland in series. The results show that the average removal rates of TP and NH+4-N were 33.64%and57.24%.The water temperature reduction would lead to decline of the nitrogen and phosphorus removal rate of constructed wetland. The efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal of subsurface flow with coarse sand substrate was greater than the one with gravel substrate.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
