Research and Implementation on Economy Recycle Environmental Management Information System Based on ArcGIS Component-based Technology

With the rapid economic development,the sustainable development of economy has become more and more important.The original Economy Recycle Environmental Management System cannot meet existing needs.With the continuous development of GIS,this new technology,which possesses ability of powerful information management analysis and visualization of spatial information,will show the capability of solving the bottleneck in the original development of circular economy.In this paper,technique of COM GIS is firstly introduced,and then the system and structure of ArcGIS Object is analyzed.A new Economy Recycle Environmental Management Information System based on ArcGIS Object is built through detailed design of the structure,spatial database and function modules.Following the description of key technique functions(such as Spatial Query,Generating thematic maps,etc),the basic tests for each functions are conducted.The result proves that this system is practical and stable to satisfy the requirements of building Economy Recycle Environment.
