The authors reviewed the starch deposition of rice endosperm and the progress of its structural research,starting the influence of the rice endosperm development ,The starch deposition of endosperm and the biochemistry change of endosperm starch cells on the quality of rice and the relationship between the structure of endosperm starch cells and the quality of rice.
