Probiotics in the Treatment of Diarrhea Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To Explore the effect of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome treated with probiotics therapy. Methods Analyzed from June 2010 to JMarch 2014 our hospital of the clinical data of 200 cases of patients,were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was 100 cases,tand used the Montmorillonite powder therapy,the treatment group was 100 cases,and treated by probiotics,compared two groups of patients with clinical treatment effect. Results The treatment group( 92. 0%) was better than the control( 72. 0%),there was statistical significance( P 0. 05). the adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than the control group,P 0. 05. Conclusions The method of the diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome were treated with probiotics has a good effect,high safety,is worthy of attention and promotion.
