Abstract
Objective: To explore the effects of Niujiao Dihuang Decoction on serum cytokines IL-10, TGF-β1, hemogram and myelogram of ITP rats. Method: The 30 SD rats were randomly divided into experimental group, model group and normal group, each 10 rats only. The experimental group and the model group SD rats were established the rat model of ITP by APS.At the seventh day of modeling, experimental group was given Niujiao Dihuang Decoction, and model group, normal rats group was given an equal volume of saline. Rats were killed after 4 weeks. The concentration of serum IL-10, TGFβ1 of each rats were detected by ELISA. The changes of peripheral blood WBC, HGB, PLT three series were detected by automatic blood cell analyzer. The number of bone marrow megakaryocytes was observed by HE staining. Results: Compared with normal rats group,the concentration of serum L-10 TGFβ1, platelet number of model group ITP rats decreased, the difference has statistical significance(P0.05).The number of bone marrow megakaryocytes decreased significantly(P 0.05). Compared with model group, the concentration of serum L-10, TGF-β1, platelet number and bone marrow megakaryocytes numbers of experimental group ITP rats all increased, the difference has statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusion: Niujiao Dihuang Decoction can increase the concentration of serum L-10, TGF-β1 of ITP rats, promote peripheral blood platelet number of ITP rats, and it has the effect of immune regulatory.
