Abstract
The primer sequence was designed according to the literatures and the cytoplasmic male sterility line 101A of onion was amplified by PCR;It was shown that cytoplasmic male sterility line 101A was found to belong to S type of cytoplasmic male sterility and its specific band was located in chloroplast genome.
