Abstract
The ideas of moral education in colleges and universities are people's basic concept s on essence,value and activity of moral education.They are related with the quality of moral education in colleges and universities.Under present social and historical conditions,moral education in colleges and universities should have such ideas as humanism,individuality,life and responsibility .Only these new ideas of moral education are set up and the different requirements of each idea are obeyed can the moral education in colleges and universities have the function for improving college students' moral quality.
