Abstract
The harmonious inner-party relation is not only the criteria of measuring the party's constructional effect,but also the intrinsic request of improving the party's governing ability and preserving the leading role of the Communist Party.The inner-party harmony is the basis of the harmony between the party and the masses and is playing a model and guiding role in the party-mass relation and social harmony.In order to promote social harmony with inner-party harmony and promote the work style of the government and social conduct with the party's style of work,excellent interactions between the party and the masses must be realized.
