Abstract
Inflammasome is a kind of large intracellular protein complexes that can activate cysteinyl aspartate-specific protease 1( caspase 1),promote the IL-1β and IL-18 proinflammatory factors of processing and mature,cause the cell death,regulate innate immune response. Inflammasome participates in the body's innate immune response and plays an important role in many diseases processes. The blocking activity of inflammation may provide new train for many inflammatory diseases. Here,the recent advancements in inflammatory reaction of NLRP1,NLRP3,NLRC4 and AIM2 inflammasomes were reviewed.
